Powder Coating


Powder Coating is a form of painting that doesn't come out wet and is applied with a special gun and the powder "sticks" to the surface via ESD and is cured in oven.
Extremely durable and great to bring that special item back to life or start fresh on a current project 
If it can fit in our oven ( 6 x 6 x 20 ) we can work on making your project completion our goal

Custom Fabrication

Simply put, “metal fabrication” is defined as creating products or structures by cutting, bending, welding, and/or assembling metal material.
ACPC is proud to have Donny Powell Jr from Silverback Metal Designs as our Resident Artist/ fabricator.
If you can think it, he can probably build it.

WHEELS

 We can do Aluminum, Steel,  Chrome, and Magnesium wheels. Each wheel has it's own special trick to make the powder coating last and look great. We will work with you o make sure your wheels will not just show your personality, but last.  

Blasting

Media blasting is used to remove old coatings to prep the metal prior to coating.
This can be done in multiple ways and with a wide selection of material to blast with;
  • Plastic Type III Melamine

  • Green Diamond media

What is powder coating? 

The use of electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) is used to spray  a metal object with a polyester or epoxy powder, which then heated to fuse into a protective layer. 

How durable is powder coating? 

Powder coating produces a thick, dense finish to metal. Correctly applied powder coated metal can and has been known to last over 20+ yrs with care.

While powder coating is a great option for a lot of different areas there are sometimes that it's not the case. Here are some examples 
  • over lapping metal surfaces.
  • fuel storage
  • high heat / direct flame
  • porous welds/cracked 
  • over peeling surfaces
